What you need
- A Google account to sign in
- The name, full address and locality of your property

Steps
- Sign in with Google.
- Open My listings and choose Add listing.
- Fill in the details and upload photos.
- Submit. Our team reviews every listing, usually within one or two working days.
- When it is approved, your listing is live and enquiries appear in your dashboard.
Tips for more enquiries
- Write an honest description: who the place suits, nearby colleges and transport, house rules.
- Mention exactly what the rent includes: food, electricity, Wi-Fi, laundry.
- Keep your phone number and rent up to date.
- Add the colleges, stations or hospitals you are close to, so you appear in "near" searches.
