The rules for using LucknowHostel.com as a seeker, a listing owner or an advertiser.
Using the website
You may browse listings and contact owners free of charge. To send an enquiry, add a listing or buy an advertisement you must sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for the activity on your account.
Listings
- You may only list a property or service that you own or are authorised to manage.
- Information and photos must be true, current and your own.
- Listings are reviewed before publication. We may edit, reject, suspend or remove any listing at our discretion, in particular where information is misleading, duplicated or reported by users.
- A basic listing is free. Paid "Featured" plans change only the position and highlighting of a listing for the purchased period.
Advertisements
- Banner advertisements are reviewed before they run and must lead to a lawful, safe website.
- The paid period starts when the advertisement is both approved and paid for, and ends automatically when the plan expires.
- We may refuse or stop an advertisement that is misleading, offensive or unlawful.
Payments and refunds
Payments for featured listings and advertisements are processed by our payment gateway partner. A plan that has started is not refundable. If a paid advertisement is rejected and you do not wish to change it, contact us for a refund of the unused amount.
No brokerage
LucknowHostel.com does not take part in any rental, booking or food-service agreement. See the Disclaimer.
Prohibited use
Do not use the website to post false information, harass other users, collect data in bulk, or attempt to break its security.
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page.
